  • Integrate hardware modules, biological experiment carriers, and subsystems following defined procedures.

  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols and contamination control standards during integration activities.

Testing & Verification

  • Support environmental and functional testing (e.g., vibration, thermal, vacuum, functional checks) of payload models.

  • Operate test setups, log results, and support troubleshooting under supervision.

  • Assist in preparing and executing test procedures, checklists, and test reports.

Support & Documentation

  • Follow configuration control and traceability procedures for tools, parts, and materials.

  • Collaborate with AIT and systems engineers to ensure hardware is prepared for flight readiness.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, or related field.

  • Hands-on experience in laboratory, cleanroom, or aerospace AIT environments preferred.

  • Familiarity with cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and biological payload handling.

  • Basic knowledge of environmental testing (vibration, thermal vacuum, functional tests).

  • Ability to follow technical drawings, assembly procedures, and test documentation.

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable in following protocols.

  • Comfortable working hands-on with delicate hardware and biological experiment modules.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to support multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with space payload assembly, ISS or small satellite projects.

  • Knowledge of biological sample handling and sterile techniques.

  • Familiarity with aerospace standards is a plus.
