Profile:

10+ years of engineering experience in high-reliability environments — mostly in spacecraft systems, but also nuclear R&D and Antarctic operations. Specialist in designing robust, miniaturized systems for extreme conditions, led microgravity hardware development at Yuri and OffWorld, and contributed to ISO standardization. At Exobiosphere, Olivia leads the engineering department and provides technical and strategic technology leadership, guiding the roadmap for payload development.
